Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Instant33 ("Instant33," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information. It applies to two groups of people: businesses who use our service ("Client," "you") and the people who message a Client's AI assistant ("Contact"). If you're a Contact messaging a business that uses Instant33, your business relationship is with that business, not with us, we process your information on their behalf and under their direction.
01 Information We Collect
From Clients: name, business name, email, phone number, billing information, business details you provide for setup (services, hours, pricing, calendar access).
From Contacts, collected on a Client's behalf: phone number or social handle, name, message content, appointment details, and any other information shared during a conversation with a Client's AI assistant.
From the website: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics, used to operate and improve the site.
02 How We Use Information
To provide and operate the service, respond to support requests, process payments, send account-related communications, and improve our systems. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
03 SMS and Messaging Consent
Contacts who message a Client's business may receive automated replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any conversation to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. All Client sending numbers are A2P 10DLC registered before use.
04 How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate (CRM and workflow infrastructure, SMS and messaging carriers, calendar providers, payment processors).
- Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Instant33, our Clients, or others.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share Contact information with anyone outside of providing the service to the Client the Contact messaged.
05 Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
06 Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period after a Client's account closes, to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
07 Your Rights and Choices
Clients can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data by contacting us. Contacts who want their data corrected or deleted should contact the business they messaged directly, since that business is the one who holds the underlying customer relationship. We will assist Clients in fulfilling verified requests.
08 Children's Privacy
Our service is directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Where a Client's business involves inquiries on behalf of a minor (for example, a parent asking about class enrollment), the Client business is responsible for ensuring appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.
09 Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10 International Users
Our service is designed primarily for businesses operating in the United States. If you access our service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
11 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
